AssetWise (SET: ASW) is a Bangkok-based residential developer known for its KAVE, ATMOZ, MODIZ and IVORY condominium brands alongside low-rise housing. The company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2021 and has delivered more than 80 housing and condominium projects with a combined value of over THB 132 billion. Its KAVE brand pioneered Thailand’s “campus condo” concept, with 18 projects built near 10 leading universities, while ATMOZ focuses on affordable, resort-style living. In 2022 AssetWise formed a residential joint-venture partnership with Tokyo Tatemono, Japan’s oldest real estate developer.
