Condos & towers in Trang.

Trang is a house-and-townhome province, not a condo-tower one — here's an honest look at the small verified condominium market that does exist, and what to expect.

Trang has no BTS or MRT network, and — as BAANLYY's own Trang Rental Market Report already discloses — it is the most thinly tracked rental market we have profiled (one FazWaz listing, zero on DDproperty at the time of that report). Housing stock here is dominated by single-detached houses and townhouses rather than condominium towers. Widening the search across project databases and developer pages, we found exactly three named condominium buildings with verifiable public records: Park Condo Dream Trang (C.P. Land, 2018), Escent Trang (CPN Residence / Central Pattana, the newest and tallest, completing 2025) and Trang Condominium (an older, independently-developed 2015 building with thinner public data). Three buildings — not four, not a dozen — are the full extent of verified condominium stock in Trang as of this writing. We would rather tell you that plainly than pad this page with developments that don't exist.

If you specifically want a condominium-style unit in Trang, the three buildings below are your verified starting point. If you're open to a house, townhouse or serviced apartment instead, Trang has considerably more choice — talk to our team about what fits your budget and stay length.

How condo ownership works here

All three verified buildings are registered condominiums, so the standard Thailand Condominium Act rules apply: foreign buyers can own units freehold within a building's 49% foreign-ownership quota, while the remaining 51% is reserved for Thai nationals. Always confirm current quota availability, tenure and pricing per unit before committing — this is especially important at the older, independently-developed Trang Condominium, where public project information is thinner than at the newer C.P. Land and CPN Residence buildings.
