Buriram is, honestly, a houses-and-shophouses city first — as the main Buriram hub notes, purpose-built condo towers are the exception rather than the rule here, unlike Bangkok, Phuket or even fellow Isaan capital Nakhon Ratchasima. What condo and condotel stock does exist concentrates in three pockets: the Buriram-Nang Rong Road retail corridor (the newest and largest supply, including the province's first true high-rise), downtown Muang Buriram near the railway station and Rajabhat University, and a small condotel cluster in the Isan subdistrict near Chang Arena and the Chang International Circuit, where demand spikes hard around Buriram United matches and the annual MotoGP Thailand Grand Prix. As registered Thai condominiums, foreigners can generally own units freehold within a building's 49% foreign-ownership quota under the Condominium Act — always confirm current quota availability, tenure and pricing per property before committing. The ranges below are a general guide to what to expect by area, not a directory of every unit; for verified, currently available units, talk to our team.

Condo area

Buriram–Nang Rong Road

Buriram's main retail and condo corridor, anchored by Robinson Lifestyle Buriram, Big C and Makro. Home to the province's largest and newest condo towers, including the 2025-completed Escent Buriram — currently the tallest building in Buriram.

Condo area

Downtown Muang Buriram

The old city centre near the King Rama I Monument roundabout, Buriram Rajabhat University and the railway station. Condo-style stock here leans toward smaller condotel buildings that double as short-stay accommodation on race and match weekends.

Indicative long-term rent, furnished 1BR: ฿6,500–฿13,000/mo
Condo area

Isan / Chang Sports Complex

The subdistrict around Chang Arena (Buriram United FC) and the Chang International Circuit — MotoGP Thailand's home track since 2018. A small cluster of low-rise condotel developments has grown up here to serve sports-tourism and short-stay demand.

Indicative long-term rent, furnished 1BR: ฿6,000–฿9,500/mo
