Chewathai PCL was founded in 2008 as a joint venture between Chartchewa Co., Ltd. and Singapore's TEE Development Pte. Ltd., and is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under ticker CHEWA. The company focuses on middle-to-high-income residential condominiums in Bangkok, with notable projects including Chewathai Residence Bang Pho, Chewathai Ramkhamhaeng and Chewathai Ratchaprarop, and also develops ready-built factories for rent to Thai and foreign manufacturers.
