Property Perfect PCL was established on 14 August 1985 by the operators of Maneeya Estate and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1993. The company survived the 1997 Asian financial crisis through business rehabilitation, completing debt restructuring and fully repaying creditors by 2011, and today develops residential and commercial projects under brands including Perfect Masterpiece, Maneerin and Perfect Park.
