Singha Estate PCL traces back to 14 August 1995 as Panichpoom Pattana Company Limited, later renamed Rasa Property Development and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in April 2007 under ticker RASA. It took its current name in September 2014 following investment from the Boon Rawd Brewery / Singha group, and develops residential and commercial property including Singha Complex, The Esse Sukhumvit 36 and The Extro Phayathai-Rangnam.
