Chonburi Provincial Hall, on Montasewi Road in Bang Pla Soi, is the seat of the Governor of Chonburi and the central administrative complex for the province as a whole — the provincial-level counterpart to Pattaya City Hall, which governs only Pattaya's own self-governing municipal area within the same province. The Provincial Hall houses the Governor's office and a cluster of provincial-level government departments (including the provincial public relations office and the provincial treasury), coordinating administration across every district in Chonburi, from Sriracha and Bang Lamung/Pattaya to Laem Chabang and the wider Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
For most individual expat or property-owner errands — visa reporting, a condo or land transfer, a driving licence — the correct office is a district-level or branch office (Pattaya/Chonburi Immigration in Nongprue, the Chonburi Provincial Land Office or its Bang Lamung/Sriracha branches, or the local DLT office), not the Provincial Hall itself. The Provincial Hall is most relevant for provincial-level administrative matters, official ceremonies, and as the seat of the Governor's office overseeing the EEC's anchor province.
