Private university · founded 1984 · Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima
Vongchavalitkul University was founded in 1984 as Vongchavalitkul College and was upgraded to full university status in 1994, making it one of Korat's established private higher-education options. The campus sits on Mittraphap Road (the Friendship Highway) in Ban Ko sub-district, on the outskirts of Nakhon Ratchasima city.
VU offers a broad range of undergraduate, master's and doctoral programs across business, engineering, science, humanities and other fields, serving students from Korat and the wider northeastern region as a private alternative to the province's public universities.
