Berda Claude International School, Phuket (BCIS), at 28/89 Moo 4, Chalong, Muang, was established in 2017 by founder Laurent Minguely and is the only school on the island offering a genuine choice between two accredited curricula on one purpose-built campus: the Cambridge Assessment International Education programme, or the French Ministry of Education-accredited IFS curriculum taught bilingually. Both pathways are also recognised by the Thai Ministry of Education, and the school serves students from as young as 18 months through to 18 years old in Chalong, in the south of the island.
