Excludes Bangkok, which runs on a separate enrichment system. Rankings reflect the single-file city registries only and shift as the database grows.
By confirmed floor count (370 buildings qualify).
By confirmed unit count (365 buildings qualify).
By confirmed completion year (361 buildings qualify).
Earliest confirmed completion year on record.
Each list ranks only buildings whose figure BAANLYY has confirmed from a primary project record: 370 of 510 buildings have a verified floor count, 365 a verified unit count and 361 a verified completion year. Buildings with an undisclosed value are excluded from that ranking rather than assigned an estimate, so a building missing from a list is not necessarily short, small or new — its figure simply isn't confirmed yet. Bangkok is tracked separately and not included here.
