Khao Talo is one of East Pattaya's most established residential neighbourhoods, built around Soi Khao Talo which runs inland off Sukhumvit Road between Central Pattaya and the eastern suburbs. It is a low-rise world of gated moobaan (housing estates), pool villas and townhouses rather than beachfront condo towers — the kind of place families and long-stay residents choose when they want a garden, a driveway and space over a sea view.
The draw is practicality: it sits within a few minutes of Sukhumvit, the motorway, Regents International School, and a dense retail strip of Makro, Big C, Tops and Home Pro. You are roughly ten to fifteen minutes from both the beach and the malls of Central Pattaya, but life here is calmer, greener and considerably better value per square metre than anywhere on the coast.
